She insured that my insurance would be accepted and that even though I was not established, that Dr. Kaady would be able to see me to assist with my pain. Dr. Kaady was very quick and professional in his exam. Addressed my pain and explained exactly what was happening and went over his plan to help me in detail. He listened when I explained cost concerns and worked with me to come up with a plan that would work with my budget. The clinic is cute and seemed to run efficiently. The dentist/owner is very holistic and offers a multitude of dental and non-dental medical solutions for increasing dental and overall health for your whole body. I took him up on a recommendation for nasal/sinus surgery (he had also done it for his own kids), which has lowered my sleep apnea events and allowed me to breathe through my nose in high heart rate cardio activities (running, triathlons, CrossFit, etc.) that I’d never been able to do before. If you don’t live in St. Johns (Portlland), it’s worth the drive.

So when I finally went to the dentist they were understanding, caring and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and fixing a split tooth I’d been suffering from for a while. Then once again I neglected my dental care and returned after a year of being away. Again, they just took it in stride, were understanding and were pleased that I had taken care of my teeth. Other than a cleaning I was getting a clean bill of health. So professional, clean, understanding, welcoming… these are just a few of the words I’d use to describe Bridgetown Dental.
